The Kavalan KING CAR CONDUCTOR Single Malt Whisky, 46% ABV, 0.7 l + GB, is the only bottling from the Kavalan Distillery to be marketed under the King Car Group name, thereby highlighting the close link between the distillery and its parent company. Like the Solist range, it is bottled non-chill filtered and comes in a high-quality gift box, which emphasises its special status within the portfolio.


At 46 per cent ABV, this Taiwanese single malt whisky displays a clear, structured profile typical of rapid maturation in the warm island climate. Its production is based on precise cask selection and Kavalan’s distinctive distillery character. Tasting Note

Colour: Vibrant amber with warm, golden highlights.

Nose: Clean and fruity with notes of papaya, banana and green apple, complemented by floral nuances and complex, multi-layered aromas.

Palate: Sweet and rich with vanilla, banana and coconut, balanced by a light, pleasant hint of bitterness.

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and harmonious with fruity and slightly spicy notes.

The Kavalan King Car Conductor is ideal for enjoying neat, allowing its fruity and tropical Elements to come to the fore particularly well. It pairs beautifully with mild cheeses, air-dried ham, roasted nuts or desserts featuring vanilla and coconut, creating a harmonious combination that elegantly complements its aromatic depth. It also pairs well with Asian-inspired dishes such as lemongrass chicken, mildly spicy curries or sweet-and-sour variations that complement its fruity character. In mixology, it can be used in premium whisky cocktails, such as variations on the Whisky Sour or Old Fashioned, where fruity notes are desired.
