Tasting Note

Colour: Bright gold with light amber highlights.

Nose: Intense notes of peat and smoke, accompanied by a hint of citrus, vanilla and a subtle oakiness.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex, with robust smoky peat notes that blend with sweet flavours of caramel, honey and a hint of fresh fruit. A subtle oakiness and a hint of spice round off the tasting experience.

Finish: Long and warm with lingering smoky and peaty notes, as well as a hint of oak and a slightly sweet fruitiness.

The Sea Shepherd Islay Single Malt is ideal for drinking neat, to fully appreciate the depth and complexity of its flavours.
