The Dominican Republic, known for its first-class cigars and excellent rums, is located on Hispaniola, part of the Greater Antilles and the second largest island in the West Indies archipelago. The Caribbean islands, in particular the Dominican Republic, offer ideal conditions for sugar cane, which serves as the basis for rum production.

One of the outstanding representatives is Roner Bermudez Anejo Selecto, a mild rum that has gained international recognition for its unique aroma and rich flavour. With a 150-year tradition, this rum is made from carefully selected sugar cane and distilled using traditional methods. The Roner Bermudez Anejo Selecto then matures for around 7 years in selected oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic flavour.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark gold.

Nose: Sugar cane, notes of malt.

Flavour: Balanced, malty, notes of toffee, vanilla, nuts, hints of chocolate.

Finish: Langs on the palate.

For optimum enjoyment, it is recommended to serve either neat or on ice.
