Vinification begins with gentle pressing of the Glera grapes and static decanting of the must to ensure maximum purity and freshness. Part of the must is stored at a low temperature, while the rest is fermented under controlled conditions and then matured in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks, resulting in a fine and long-lasting perlage. At 11% vol., Le Contesse Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC is light, balanced and particularly easy to drink. The nose reveals fruity aromas of golden apple, subtle hints of citrus and lime blossom. On the palate, the Italian Prosecco is fresh, balanced and harmonious, with fine fruit, elegant perlage and a pleasant lightness. The finish is lively, clear and pleasantly long-lasting.
