Inspired by the mystical cenotes of Mexico - the sacred, crystal-clear water springs of the Maya - this tequila epitomises purity, freshness and exceptional quality.

Production begins with the careful selection of 100% blue agave, which thrives in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Jalisco. After traditional harvesting, the agave hearts are slowly cooked and then processed in a double pot still distillation to obtain a particularly smooth and aromatic distillate. A special feature of this blanco is its brief maturation for three weeks in American oak barrels, which gives it a fine, subtle woody note that perfectly complements its fresh agave flavours. With 40% alcohol by volume, it is smooth yet powerful.

Colour: Crystal clear with slightly silvery reflections.

Nose: Fresh citrus notes with sweet agave, white flowers and a hint of vanilla from the short barrel maturation.
