Weinhof Knöbl is situated in Dienersdorf near Kaindorf, in Eastern Styria, surrounded by vineyards and a wine tavern where visitors can sample wines and juices on the premises. The estate is run by Fritz Knöbl, a master winegrower who completed the Silberberg training programme. At the age of just 17, he took charge of wine production after his parents, the founders of the business, placed their trust in him. In 2012, he officially took over the management of the winery. Today, a variety of Styrian grape varieties are grown across an area of around 5 hectares, complemented by approximately 2 hectares of apple and apricot orchards.

The Knöbl Erotica is made from Zweigelt grapes with a varietal bouquet and impresses with a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity.

Tasting Note

An intense red colour in the glass. Sweet and fruity on the nose, with notes of berries. Sweet, mellow and fruity on the palate, with notes of berries. A long-lasting finish.
