Claude Chatelier VSOP Fine Cognac is an elegant VSOP cognac from France, with an alcohol content of 40 per cent, presented in a 0.7-litre bottle complete with a gift box. Only grapes from the finest vineyards within the protected Cognac appellation are used for this premium bottling. The classic grape varieties Ugni Blanc and Colombard form the basis of this harmonious cognac. Distillation is carried out traditionally in small copper pot stills, which ensures that the delicate fruit and spice aromas are preserved with particular care. The cognac is then aged for at least four years in new Limousin oak casks, stored in cool cellars. This meticulous cask ageing gives the spirit its balanced structure, elegant spiciness and characteristic amber hue.
