Bacoo Rum 4 Years Old is a premium Caribbean rum from the Dominican Republic that is characterised by its balanced maturity, natural sweetness and accessible structure. The name "Bacoo" comes from Caribbean folklore and describes a mystical spirit in a bottle - a symbol of the secrets and legends of the Caribbean, which also resonate in the character of this rum. It is made from fermented sugar cane juice instead of molasses, which gives it a particularly clear, fresh flavour profile.

The rum matures for at least four years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak, where it develops its golden colour and smooth taste. Maturation takes place under tropical conditions in the Dominican Republic, allowing the rum to interact particularly intensively with the wood, giving it a pleasant depth and subtle vanilla and caramel flavours. Bacoo Rum is bottled at 40% vol. in a strikingly designed 0.7-litre bottle that visually underlines its origin and character.
