Caselli Nocino Liquore Artigianale is a traditional Italian walnut liqueur made according to an old family recipe in the Emilia-Romagna region. This fine liqueur is based on a natural infusion of fresh green walnut shells (malli di noce), which are harvested at the optimum time in summer when their flavour and essential oil content are at their most intense. They are carefully processed by hand (artigianale) to preserve the natural flavours and characteristic depth of the nocino.


After maceration of the walnuts in alcohol, the liqueur matures for several months, resulting in the typical intense dark colour and harmonious balance of strong walnut spice, slight bitterness, sweet roundness and fine spicy notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, Caselli Nocino is full-bodied, complex and elegant - a liqueur that combines craftsmanship, tradition and flavour in an incomparable way.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep dark brown with a mahogany shimmer.

Finish: Langs, soft and aromatic with a nutty aftertaste.
