The Filliers Distillery, which originally served as a sideline to the Filliers family’s farming business, has developed into an established company with three operational distilleries, built on the site of what were once ox stalls. Over six generations, the craftsmanship has been continually refined, leading to a successful blend of tradition and modern technology.

The Filliers Distillery’s single malt whisky is renowned as Belgium’s oldest whisky, matured exclusively in European oak sherry casks. These casks allow for a maturation period of at least ten years, during which they impart their characteristic flavours to the whisky. The production of the whisky represents a combination of patience and craftsmanship, resulting in a product that is recognised for its quality.

Nose: Intense sherry notes, dried fruit.

Palate: Harmonious notes, spices, chocolate, toffee, oak, nuts, oranges, sherry.
