Ampersand Distilling Company is a family-owned and operated craft distillery, idyllically situated on a five-acre farm in the Cowichan Valley. Stephen and Jeremy Schacht, a father and son duo with engineering backgrounds, utilise their extensive knowledge of science and traditional distilling techniques to produce exceptional spirits in their handcrafted distillery.

In 2007, Stephen and Ramona moved to the Cowichan Valley to start a vegetable farm. Their son Jeremy, fascinated by the technology of distillation, was looking for a way to creatively utilise his degree in process engineering. The result of these endeavours is Ampersand Distilling Company - a new family business that successfully combines innovation and tradition.

Ampersand is all about bringing together the best of different worlds: Ingredients and techniques, science and art, tradition and innovation. The result is delicious spirits that no well-stocked bar should be without.

Ampersand Blueberry Flavour Premium Gin combines the best of two worlds. The carefully selected botanicals come from sunny Spain, while the distillation takes place in England to ensure the highest quality.

This premium gin impresses with its unique blend of juniper, blueberries, raspberries, coriander, angelica, pepper, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel and other selected ingredients.
