The Jamaica Pot Still Rum is based on carefully selected distillates from the traditional Longpond and Clarendon distilleries. These distillates are aged for 2 to 4 years and give the rum its unique depth and complexity.

The maturation of the rum in barrels that have previously been used for other rums is particularly noteworthy. This three-month maturation intensifies the flavours and gives Bellamy's Reserve Jamaica Pot Still Rum its special character.
