Prime is the realisation of a long-cherished dream: to transfer the unmistakable depth and emotionality of the most renowned Italian wines into a fine spirit. To realise this vision, a close collaboration with experienced winemakers was established. The maturation of the distillates was carefully monitored, using barrels that once housed fine Werder. This preserves the original soul of each grape.

Prime's packaging reflects Venetian culture and honours this region as a centre of commitment, research and innovation. The spirit itself is made from the grapes used to produce the famous Brunello di Montalcino, which grow on the Castello Banfi estate. An exclusive fermentation process ensures that the finest aromatic components are preserved. This is followed by particularly gentle distillation at a low temperature in vacuum-sealed copper stills.

Maturation in small oak barrels that previously contained Brunello di Montalcino gives Prime its unmistakable fullness and complexity.
