It is based on fresh Alpine milk, which is slowly refined with carefully selected coffee varieties. The liqueur is made using fine Arabica beans from Ethiopia, the historic home of coffee. The name ‘Cappuccino’ can be traced back to the Capuchin monk Marco d’Aviano, whose light brown habit is said to have given its name to the colour of coffee mixed with milk.
