Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The classic cappuccino is traditionally enjoyed in Italy in the morning with breakfast or afterwards. Legend has it that the Capuchin monk Marco d'Aviano drank a very strong coffee during his stay in Vienna, which was served to him with milk to soften the flavour - this is how the special drink is said to have been created.

Bottega goes one step further and combines the classic cappuccino with a fine liqueur, creating a unique combination that you should definitely try.
