This limited bottling matures for 15 years in former sherry and bourbon casks and is then aged for a further 12 years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts to preserve its unique character.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark gold.

Nose: Fruity cooked plums, damson jam, notes of corinth, sultanas, sultanas, cream caramel, maple syrup, liquorice, grilled orange peel, smoked seaweed.

Taste: Sweet, chestnut honey, intense beeswax, fresh leather, tobacco, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, notes of oak wood flavours.

Finish: Langs, smoked wood, dried fruit, hints of incense.
