The collaboration began in 1979 with the film Moonraker and developed into one of the most famous alliances between luxury brands and film history.


This exclusive edition presents the Bollinger Special Cuvée in a high-quality black gift box with gold-coloured canon decoration, stylised Bond silhouette, 007 logo, metallic embossing and an elegantly refined bottle neck. The Special Cuvée, whose name was coined in 1911 at the suggestion of Georges Bollinger's British agent, is still considered the epitome of Bollinger style today. The blend of predominantly Pinot Noir, supplemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, stands for depth, structure and complexity. Only the first pressing is used. A moderate dosage of 7-8 g/l and a cellar ageing period that is twice as long as the appellation specifications characterise this Champagne Brut with its strong character. In addition, reserve wines, some of which mature for up to 15 years in magnum bottles, give the champagne exceptional aromatic richness and continuity.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Bollinger Special Cuvée 007 Limited Edition is brilliant gold in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals a rich, complex bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, baked apples and compote notes. On the palate, the champagne is generously energetic and structured with flavours of pear, brioche spices and fresh nuts. The finish is long, elegant and balanced.
