The Intense Wood Edition is the most powerful expression of the Kamiki series. It combines various internationally produced malt whiskies, which are first matured in traditional oak casks and then receive their special finish in Sugi wood casks. The result is an intensely wood-accentuated, multi-layered blended malt with a distinctive character. With an alcohol content of 48% vol., the whisky is bottled natural and non-chill-filtered - a real experience for connoisseurs and lovers of Asian whisky art.

Tasting Note

Colour: Warm gold with an amber shimmer.

Nose: Multi-layered and exotic, with cedar wood, dried apricots, honey, spices and a hint of incense.

Flavour: Intense and complex, with a dominant wood presence, spicy malt, roasted nuts, dark vanilla and light smoke.

Finish: Langs and dry, with fine wood, slightly peppery nuances and a hint of incense.
