Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber with golden highlights, indicative of its long ageing and high quality.

Nose: Deep and complex, with intense notes of candied fruit, dried apricots and vanilla, accompanied by subtle hints of dark chocolate, toasted wood and spices.

Palate: Full-bodied and expressive, with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy Elements. Notes of honey, toffee and roasted almonds meet complex oak aromas, paired with nutmeg and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish: Long and warming, with an elegant interplay of refined woody tones, dark chocolate and a gentle spiciness that brings the rum to a harmonious close.
