Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Aromas of tropical fruits, honey, caramel and a subtle hint of rum, which harmonise perfectly with vanilla and a hint of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex with notes of grilled fruit, caramel, rum-soaked raisins and a delicate oakiness. The influence of the rum casks lends the whisky a pleasant sweetness and fruitiness that blends beautifully with the traditional Jura flavours.

Finish: Long-lasting and smooth, with a light fruity sweetness, caramel and a mild oak note.
