Abasolo is the first Mexican whisky to be made exclusively from traditional corn, paying homage to Mexico's rich culture and flavourful ancient grain. This whisky is made exclusively from high-quality, non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn, which is grown by local farmers and has been part of Mexican tradition for centuries.

Through the traditional 4,000-year-old cooking process of nixtamalisation, the corn is transformed into a unique whisky. It is then double distilled in copper stills and matured in a mixture of new and old oak barrels. The aromas of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, camomile tea and leather give this exceptional whisky a fascinating depth of flavour and complexity.
