Ramazzotti Aperitivo Fresco is a light, refreshing Italian aperitif liqueur that adds a modern, summery variant to the traditional Ramazzotti range. With an alcohol content of 15 per cent in the 0.7-litre bottle, the recipe features natural flavours of Italian bergamot and lemon, combined with orange peel from Calabria, mint from Piedmont and ginger. The bergamot contributes its characteristic subtly tart citrus flavour, whilst Italian lemon provides a balanced sweet-and-sour freshness.
