Description
Description
In the centre of Cognac, on the banks of the Charente River, is the house of A. de Fussigny, known for producing modern cognacs with historical depth. The distillery has played a key role in the history of Cognac, particularly in the transition from cask to bottle, favoured by its location on the river's transport network.
A. de Fussigny Sélection Cognac is a blend of various eaux-de-vie from several growing areas in the renowned Cognac region. These carefully selected distillates undergo a traditional ageing process in oak barrels, which not only gives them unique nuances of flavour, but also a deep and rich colour. After distillation, the eaux-de-vie are placed in carefully selected Limousin and Tronçais oak barrels, where they are given the time and tranquillity to develop their full complexity and character.
