Mintis Gin is distilled in a bespoke vacuum still, using a gentle temperature of 60 degrees for eight hours. Each bottle bears the distiller’s personal signature, which guarantees outstanding quality and attention to detail.

Mintis ORIGINAL Gin captivates with its exquisite recipe: Pancalieri mint, hand-picked juniper, lemons and other botanicals from the Piedmont region lend it its characteristic, fresh flavour. Tasting Note

To make a perfect Pancalieri Fizz, mix 2 parts Mintis Gin, ½ part freshly squeezed lime juice and 1 part syrup. Then top up the glass with sparkling soda water to create a refreshing taste experience.
