Mintis Gin is produced by hand in a family-run distillery in Piedmont. Carlo Vergnano runs the Torino distillery in Moncalieri together with his wife, daughter and the help of a few employees.

The maestro distiller Denis Muni has more than 20 years of experience in the production of successful spirits.

Mintis Gin is distilled in a customised vacuum still for eight hours at 60 degrees. A low temperature is used, which preserves the aromatic and fresh flavour.

Each bottle is signed by the maestro distiller, which guarantees the quality of the craftsmanship.

Mintis CLEMENTINE Gin is made with clementines, hand-picked juniper, lemons and other botanicals from the Piedmont region.

Tasting Note

Nose: Fresh, fruity, notes of juniper, mint, lemon, clementine.

Flavour: Fresh, juniper, mint, lemon peel, clementine.

Finish: Langs on the palate.
