Mintis CLEMENTINE Gin is a fruity, Mediterranean gin from Italy that combines juicy Italian clementines with classic and regional botanicals. At the heart of the blend are ripe clementines from Italy, which give the gin its characteristic citrus note. These are complemented by hand-picked Italian juniper and a subtle touch of the renowned Pancalieri mint from Piedmont. Mintis CLEMENTINE Gin is ideal for a Mediterranean gin and tonic with a dry or neutral tonic water, garnished with a slice of clementine and fresh mint. A Clementina Negroni is also particularly well-suited, made with equal parts Mintis Clementine, Campari and red Italian vermouth, served over large ice cubes and garnished with clementine and mint. For a more summery variation, a little fresh clementine juice and a splash of soda water can be added. In terms of food pairings, light antipasti, seafood or fresh citrus desserts complement its Mediterranean profile.
