Sea Shepherd Rum is a blended rum from Barbados and Jamaica, created in collaboration between the international marine conservation organisation Sea Shepherd and the German spirits importer Kirsch Import. Selected rums from two Caribbean regions with a rich heritage in rum-making are blended together for this bottling. Whilst Barbados is renowned for its long tradition of rum-making and well-balanced distillates, Jamaica brings a distinctive, characterful style to the blend. Together, they create a Caribbean rum that unites the different regions of origin in a single bottling. At 40 per cent ABV, Sea Shepherd Rum is available in a 0.7-litre bottle and combines the world of rum with a commitment to protecting the oceans.

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Fruity and well-balanced with candied fruit, molasses and subtle woody spice, accompanied by vanilla and exotic notes.

Palate: Mild and smooth with dark chocolate, vanilla and coconut, complemented by wild berries and spicy oak notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and harmonious with vanilla, coconut and a subtle lingering oak spice.

Sea Shepherd Rum is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature or on the rocks, which allows its interplay of fruit, vanilla, coconut and oaky spice to come into its own.
