Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Prosecco Vino Biologico is a high-quality organic Prosecco made from carefully selected Glera grapes. These grapes are grown in strict compliance with organic farming regulations, which ensures that the entire production process is sustainable and environmentally friendly.

By combining traditional winemaking techniques with modern, environmentally conscious methods, the result is a Prosecco that is not only flavourful but also meets the highest ecological standards.

Tasting Note

Bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Elegant, floral and fruity on the nose, with clear hints of ripe apples. Fresh, delicate and soft on the palate with a pleasant acidity. Long-lasting and dry on the finish.

Residual sugar: 14 - 16 g/litre.

Acidity: 5 - 6.5 g/litre.

Serving temperature: 4 - 5°C.

Excellent aperitif, ingredient for cocktails or all-round Prosecco. Goes particularly well with fish starters, first courses, white meat, salami and fresh cheese.
