During maturation, this rum is aged in French and American oak casks, which lend it a balanced depth and subtle woody aromas. The highlight of this bottling is the Pinot Noir finish: for six months, the rum rests in casks from the renowned Albert Mann winery, specifically from the ‘Les Saintes Claires’ estate. This finishing process imparts a subtle fruitiness, elegant wine aromas and a velvety texture to the rum.

With an alcohol content of 42% vol., it reveals a harmonious, aromatic profile that delights both connoisseurs and lovers of fine rum. The release is strictly limited to just 366 bottles worldwide, making it an exclusive collector’s item.
