Dos Monarcas XO Panama Rum Aged Spice is a handcrafted blend of the finest column still rums from Dos Monarcas, a Mexican distillery that specialises in producing high-quality spirits in small batches. This special spirit drink matures for up to 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels, which gives it a rich and complex flavour profile. The "XO" in the name stands for "extra old", which means that this Don Monarcas has been matured for longer than most other rums on the market.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark gold.

Nose: Somewhat spicy, vanilla notes, caramel, oak, cloves.

Taste: Vanilla notes, cinnamon, cloves, spicy notes, oak, caramel flavours.

Finish: Langs on the palate.

Best enjoyed neat on ice, as its complex flavours can fully unfold.
