This fine sparkling apple wine is made from the selected apple varieties Jonagold and Bonita, which thrive perfectly in the region and give it a pleasantly fruity flavour. Thanks to the traditional bottle fermentation process, the sparkling apple wine develops a natural carbonation that provides a refreshing effervescence.
