S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection - a concept in which each product is bottled from a single barrel. Each barrel is carefully selected according to special criteria to ensure exceptional quality. The limited number of bottles emphasises the exclusivity of each bottling.

The entire S.B.S product line is dedicated exclusively to classic rums and deliberately avoids blends. The aim is to emphasise the versatility of rum as well as its incomparable quality and exquisite taste.

An outstanding example of this range is the S.B.S. Fiji 2004 - one of the most powerful single cask bottlings in the current Single Barrel Selection. This pot still rum was distilled from local molasses on the Fiji Islands in 2004. It then matured for 18 years in former bourbon barrels, which gives it its unique character. The rum is bottled at cask strength at an impressive 68.3%, with no added sugar or colouring - an authentic taste experience for rum lovers.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold.

Nose: Sweetish, floral notes, walnuts, vanilla flavours, cream and leather.
