Desiderio N°1 is a company dedicated to the art of winemaking: every bottle is lovingly crafted from the rarest grapes of Veneto, Italy. As each bottle is produced through a meticulous process, this sparkling wine is crafted not only to be enjoyed, but also to be desired.

Desiderio N°1 Prosecco Rosé is an outstanding brut sparkling wine, made from the finest Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from the Biancade di Roncade region in Treviso. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then transferred to stainless steel tanks under pressure, where the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to create the bubbles.

Tasting Note

A pale rosé with shimmering highlights and a fine effervescence in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh strawberries and wild berries, as well as floral notes. On the palate, it is pleasantly salty, fresh and full of red berry flavours. The finish is long-lasting, elegant and dry.

Acidity: 5.50–6.00 g/l.

Serving temperature: 6 °C.

Pairs superbly as an aperitif and with fish dishes, shellfish and white meat.
