La Casa Dragones has been in existence since 1671 and was originally the stables of the legendary Dragones cavalry. Today, numerous tequila tastings are held in these historic stables. Casa Dragones was inspired by the Dragones of San Miguel de Allende. This elite cavalry defended the interests of the Spanish queen and subsequently led the Mexican independence of 1810. Mexican independence is still part of Casa Dragones today - the number "16" is emblazoned on the labels and engraved on the base of the bottles.

The elegant colonial town of San Miguel de Allende has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Casa Dragones Tequila BLANCO is produced using a modern and sustainable process. The water used is an exceptionally pure, natural spring water with a perfect balance of minerals.
