R. Jelínek Slivovice GOLD Plum 45% vol. 0.5 l is a premium plum brandy from the long-established Rudolf Jelínek distillery in Vizovice, the Czech Republic. Since the 19th century, the name Jelínek has been synonymous with artisanal distilling and authentic fruit brandies, deeply rooted in Central European culture.


For this exclusive ‘Gold’ edition, only fully ripe, aromatic plums are used, which are distilled in traditional copper stills following careful fermentation. The brandy is then matured in selected wooden casks, giving it its golden colour, a smooth texture and complex aromas. With an alcohol content of 45% vol., this fine brandy combines rich fruitiness, elegance and a powerful character. The compact 0.5-litre bottle is ideal both for enjoying neat and as an exquisite gift.
