Rudolf Jelínek is a well-known name in the world of spirits and distilleries. He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelínek distillery, which has gained international recognition for producing high-quality spirits, particularly fruit brandies. Inspired by his family’s heritage, Jelínek decided to carry on the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967. Today, the distillery is renowned for its excellent products and its innovative approach to the traditional art of distillation.

R. Jelínek Apricot Brandy is a clear spirit that captivates with its sweet apricot aroma, a delicately fruity flavour and a subtle hint of apricot kernels. Apricots have always thrived particularly well in South Moravia, which is why using them to make brandy was a natural choice. The brandy is produced by triple distillation of the ripe apricot mash, which is the secret behind its exceptional clarity and delicacy. The stones remain in the mash throughout the entire process, lending the drink its characteristic almond flavour.
