Produced in the renowned Varela Rum Distillery, this Single Island Blend combines various rums that have been matured for between 3 and 8 years in American white oak casks.

The column still distillation process ensures a particularly smooth and elegant structure, while the long maturation under tropical conditions develops a multi-layered variety of flavours. At 40 % vol., this rum displays a balance between fruity, sweet and spicy notes, making it ideal both for pure enjoyment and for cocktails.

Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber.

Nose: Gentle notes of vanilla, honey, toffee and tropical fruit with a hint of oak spice.

Flavour: Soft and round with aromas of caramel, roasted nuts, sweet malt and light spices.
