The Kavalan Concertmaster Port Cask Finish Festif Edition Single Malt Whisky 40% ABV 0.7 l + GB is a limited-edition special release of the popular Kavalan Concertmaster, showcasing the distinctive character of Taiwanese whisky-making in a particularly elegant form. Produced at the renowned Kavalan Distillery in north-eastern Taiwan, this single malt whisky uses pure spring water from the nearby snow-capped mountains and benefits from the region’s tropical, humid climate, which enables rapid yet harmonious maturation.


The Concertmaster Festif Edition is based on the tried-and-tested recipe of the classic, but has been finished in specially selected port casks. These casks lend it its fruity depth, sweet complexity and a velvety-smooth character. The whisky is first matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and wine casks before receiving its final, festive finishing touch in the port cask finish. The result is a smooth, aromatically balanced single malt with an elegant structure and tropical flair.
