This elaborately produced bottling underlines the brand's endeavour to combine depth of craftsmanship and innovation without denying its roots.

It is based on 100% malted barley, which is distilled using the traditional method and then matured in freshly burnt American white oak barrels. Finally, the single malt is finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. This barrel finishing gives the whiskey a particularly complex aroma with deep, fruity and nutty accents that harmonise perfectly with the malty base.

With an alcohol content of 45% vol., Jack Daniel's Single Malt is powerful, yet balanced and round in character. The 1-litre bottle is aimed at connoisseurs who want to combine classic American whiskey quality with new taste experiences. As a limited edition, this bottling also emphasises the brand's premium claim beyond its typical range.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Dried fruit, roasted nuts, honey and dark cherries, accompanied by light oak spice.

Flavour: Full-bodied with notes of sherry, caramel, baked apples, dark chocolate and a hint of leather.

Finish: Langs, velvety, with a sweet sherry influence and elegant spice.

This single malt is ideal for drinking straight or with a splash of water to bring out the fine sherry flavours. It is also ideally suited as a sophisticated alternative to Scottish malts.
