The ‘Bottled-in-Bond’ designation for Jack Daniel's Bonded Rye certifies compliance with high production standards at the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg. According to Master Distiller Chris Fletcher, Bonded Rye is characterised by a specific rye blend that delivers a balanced flavour profile expected by connoisseurs of this rye whisky category. The composition of 70 per cent rye, 18 per cent maize and 12 per cent malted barley, followed by charcoal mellowing and maturation in new American white oak casks, results in the complex flavour notes.

The bottle design is inspired by the original JACK DANIEL’S Tennessee Whiskey bottle from 1895.
