Emperor Rum is a carefully crafted blend of Mauritian rum, produced by distilling both fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. The exceptional variety of colours and flavours in Emperor Rum is largely shaped by the fertile soils of Mauritius, the local climate and traditional production methods. The Emperor Château Pape Clément Finish stands at the pinnacle of the Private Collection Edition, which is characterised by unique cask finishes.

The Emperor Château Pape Clément Finish is matured in oak casks that were previously used to store the complex and velvety wines of the Grand Cru Classé Château Pape Clément in Bordeaux, France. This lends the rum an exceptionally rich and smooth flavour profile, rounded off by warm, spicy notes.

Colour: Rich gold with mahogany highlights.

Nose: Toasted toffee, red berries, vanilla, oak, ripe fruit, hints of spicy wood and aged leather.

Palate: Deep, smooth, spicy, sweet, oaky notes, sweet berries.
