Before tequila became known as a drink, it symbolised the heart of a volcano. Volcan de Mi Tierra Tequila selects only the finest blue agaves from the Highlands to create its unique Reposado tequila. This tequila is first fermented for nine hours in an autoclave, followed by fermentation with special rum yeast in stainless-steel tanks.

Distillation takes place in both stainless steel and copper stills, which contributes to the tequila’s purity and distinctive character. Finally, the tequila is aged for 135 days in American and European oak casks, giving it its perfectly balanced aroma.

This carefully crafted production method lends Volcan de Mi Tierra Tequila Reposado an exceptional depth and complexity, making it an outstanding example of its kind and delighting connoisseurs worldwide.
