Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to grow and develop. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now housed in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse situated in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano and surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Straw-yellow in colour with a fine effervescence in the glass. Sophisticated and fruity on the nose, with aromas of apples, peaches and lemons. Very smooth and harmonious on the palate, elegant and lively with well-balanced acidity. Long-lasting finish.
