The Bremen-based start-up NORK, founded in 2016, has established a firm foothold in the German spirits scene through the production of high-quality craft spirits, such as innovative liqueurs, fine grain spirits and special cask-aged spirits. Under the leadership of Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, NORK aims to reinterpret traditional flavours in a modern way.
With the Franzi Gebrannte Mandel Likör, a limited edition, NORK has created a tribute to the popular Franzbrötchen from Hamburg. The liqueur combines the sweet, cinnamon-spiced flavour of this beloved classic pastry and perfectly brings out the character of roasted almonds.
The liqueur really comes into its own during the colder months and at Christmas – inspired by the flavours of Christmas markets, it is a delight for both newcomers and connoisseurs alike.
