Tasting Note

Salmon pink with a delicate violet sheen. On the nose, floral notes and a hint of red fruit unfold. On the palate, it is refreshingly semi-dry and well-balanced, with flavours of red fruit and fresh acidity. The finish is long-lasting.

Best served well chilled in a wine glass as an aperitif, or neat over ice.
