The production follows the purest and most time-honoured traditions handed down by the founders Homère and Charles Clément. This special rum is matured in a carefully selected blend of Limousin oak and American oak barrels, which gives it its distinctive and complex flavour profile.

The Limousin oak brings subtle, elegant wood notes, while the American oak provides deeper, richer flavours. Through the harmonious combination of these two types of wood, the Clement Rhum VO Vieux Agricole develops a unique balance of vanilla, spices and fruity nuances, which sets it apart from other rums and makes it an exceptional pleasure experience.
