Johnny Neill is the man behind Whitley Neill Gin, a leading name in the world of gin. Although his family has been producing spirits since 1762, he began his career in the world of finance. However, his passion led him back to the family tradition, and in 2004 he launched the first Whitley Neill Handcrafted London Dry Gin.

Inspired by the cherry orchards of South Africa, the exquisite Whitley Neill Black Cherry Gin is refined with the juice of ripe black cherries. This special blend combines classic botanicals such as juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris and angelica root, sweet orange, lemon peel and liquorice root with the intense aroma of juicy black cherries.

The result is a gin of exceptional richness, which harmoniously combines the freshness of traditional ingredients with the sweet intensity of black cherries.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark cherry red.

Nose: Fruity, with notes of ripe cherries and almonds, and a subtle hint of chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied, red fruits, cherry compote, slight acidity.
