This special edition was matured for at least twelve years in ex-bourbon casks before undergoing an intensive finish in fine Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This cask finishing produces a whisky with remarkable depth, fruity sweetness and spicy complexity – with no added colouring and no chill filtration.

Colour: Dark amber with reddish highlights.

Nose: Sweet raisins, figs, dark chocolate, vanilla and oaky notes.

Palate: Full-bodied with notes of dried fruit, toffee, caramel, spices and sherry influence.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm, fruity and elegant with a slightly woody sweetness.
