Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Vanilla, honey, pear, fresh citrus notes, coconut, creamy oak.

Flavour: Sweet bourbon character, vanilla cream, ripe pear, stewed apple, soft coconut nuances and malty depth.

Finish: Langs, harmonious, with light oak and delicate sweetness.

This whisky goes perfectly with buttery pastries, vanilla panna cotta, apple pie, caramel cream or white chocolate, which finely complement its vanilla and fruit-accentuated structure.
