The Kilchoman 11 Years Old Islay Single Cask Release 2024 is a strictly limited single cask bottling from the Kilchoman Distillery, aimed specifically at connoisseurs of authentic, unadulterated Islay whiskies. This bottling comes from a single cask and was bottled at cask strength – a robust 55.5% vol. – after 11 years of maturation. As is customary with Kilchoman, the whisky was bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of colouring, thereby fully preserving its structure, texture and cask character. As an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, this edition embodies uncompromising craftsmanship and maximum transparency.


The Single Cask Release 2024 underlines the distillery’s distinctive style, in which each cask bottling is regarded as a unique, one-off creation. Thanks to the long maturation period of eleven years, the typical Kilchoman Islay spirit has been able to bond intensively with the cask without losing its origins. Peat smoke, maritime influences and the natural power of cask strength distinctly characterise this bottling. Colour: Rich gold, with slight coppery highlights.

Nose: Intense peaty smoke, maritime notes, hints of ripe fruit, accompanied by spicy oak nuances.

Finish: Long-lasting, dry and warming, with peaty smoke, spice and lingering depth.
