Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Elegance, refinement and the constant pursuit of quality unite Japan and Italy and reflect the essence of their cultures. BOTTEGA - MIABI perfectly embodies this synthesis by combining the traditional Japanese decorative technique of "coloured obi" with an Italian Pinot Noir. The wine is made sparkling by the long Charmat method, which significantly refines its complexity and sensory profile.

Tasting Note

Straw yellow in the glass. Light aromas of bread crust, yeast and delicate floral notes on the nose. Full-bodied, round on the palate, notes of yellow fruit, balanced acidity. Sweet almonds on the finish.
