This exceptional rum-based spirit is made from fermented sugarcane honey, which gives it its uniquely sweet and complex character. It is then matured in a carefully selected combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and port casks, resulting in impressive depth and a rich array of aromas. The limited-edition Batch 04 stands for hand-bottling, exclusivity and masterful cask selection. It is bottled without chill-filtering, thereby preserving its natural structure and full-bodied flavour.

Colour: Deep amber with coppery glints.

Nose: Ripe dried fruit, vanilla, caramelised sugar, a hint of leather and nutty notes.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with notes of raisins, dates, port, cinnamon, almonds and a delicate sweetness.

Finish: Long, rounded and complex with warm woody notes and delicate fruit sweetness.
